For constant regulation of the flow temperature with protection against condensation in high-efficiency boilers connected to buffer tanks (precise top-loading) and prevention of the buffer tank’s hot zone from cooling down during pump run-on

Thermostatic flow temperature control valve with adjustable mixing temperature 60–90°C.

Consisting of:

1) Three-way mixing valve, red brass, EPDM seal<br/>DN50, DpN 100 mbar, Kvs = 10, V'max[100 mbar] = 3.2 m³/h, Q'max = 74 kW [20 K] = 30 L/min [10/45°C]<br/>PN 10 bar, Tmax 120°C<br/>Mixes two inputs (marked red and blue) to the set temperature at the output (unmarked).

2) Thermostat head with immersion sensor (length 125 mm, Ø 11 mm), setpoint range 60°C to 90°C

Capillary tube length 2 m, response time approx. 60 s, PN 10 bar, Tmax 100°C (Part No. 996 014)<br/>3) Immersion sleeve with screw-in nipple R½×186 mm, brass (Part No. 996 015)<br/>3) Connection fittings:
