Flow Temperature Controller DN40 60–90°C
For constant regulation of the flow temperature with protection against condensation in high-efficiency boilers connected to buffer tanks (precise top-loading) and prevention of the buffer tank’s hot zone from cooling down during pump run-on
Thermostatic flow temperature control valve with adjustable mixing temperature 60–90°C.
Consists of:
1) Three-way mixing valve, red brass, EPDM seal
DN40, DpN 100 mbar, Kvs = 8.5, V'max[100 mbar] = 2.7 m³/h, Q'max = 63 kW [20 K] = 26 L/min [10/45°C]
PN 10 bar, Tmax 120°C
Mixes the flow from two inlets (marked red and blue) to the set temperature at the outlet (unmarked).
2) Thermostat head with immersion sensor (length 125 mm, Ø 11 mm), setpoint range 60°C to 90°C
Capillary tube length 2 m, response time approx. 60 s, PN 10 bar, Tmax 100°C (Part No. 996 014)
3) Immersion sleeve with screw-in nipple R½×186 mm, brass (Part No. 996 015)
3) Connection fittings:
3x screw nipple insert, flat-sealing, R1½
4) Sensor connection
Black T-fitting, TsF 1½x1½x½
5) Black double nipple, NDs 1½x1½
