General Terms and Conditions

§1 Scope

(1) The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all deliveries and services provided by HG Baunach GmbH & Co. KG (Baunach). Deviations from these

Terms and Conditions shall only be binding for Baunach if this has been acknowledged in writing by Baunach. For international transactions, the rules of interpretation of the INCO-TERMS in the version valid at the time of conclusion of the contract shall apply in addition to these Terms and Conditions.

§2 Conclusion of a contract, storage of the contract text

(2) The presentation of goods in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer on our part, but is merely a non-binding invitation to the customer to order goods. By ordering the desired goods, the customer submits a binding declaration of intent to conclude a purchase contract.

§3 Prices, shipping costs, payment, due date

(1) The prices quoted are in euros and do not include the applicable value added tax.

(2) The customer has the option of paying in advance, by direct debit or via other service providers displayed in the online shop, such as PayPal. In addition, deviating, individual payment agreements may apply.

(3) If the customer has chosen to pay in advance, they undertake to pay the purchase price immediately after concluding the contract.

§4 Delivery

(1) Unless we have clearly stated otherwise in the product description, all items we offer are usually ready for dispatch within 4 working days. (2) If the customer has chosen to pay in advance, the goods will not be manufactured or dispatched before payment has been received. In this case, the items will be dispatched within a maximum of 4 working days after payment has been received.

§8 Place of performance and jurisdiction
