For constant regulation of the flow temperature with protection against condensation in high-calorific-value boilers connected to buffer tanks (precise top-loading) and prevention of the buffer tank’s hot zone from cooling down during pump run-down

Thermostatic flow temperature control valve with adjustable mixing temperature 40–100°C.

Consists of:

1) Three-way mixing valve, red brass, EPDM seal

DN40, DpN 100 mbar, Kvs = 12.5, V'max[100 mbar] = 4.0 m³/h, Q'max = 92 kW [20 K] = 38 L/min [10/45 °C]

PN 10 bar, Tmax 120°C<br/>Mixes the flow from two inlets (marked red and blue) to the set temperature at the outlet (unmarked).

2) Thermostat head with immersion sensor, setpoint range 40°C to 100°C

Capillary tube length 2 m, PN 10 bar, Tmax 100°C<br/>3) Immersion sleeve with screw-in nipple R¾×220 mm<br/>3) Connection fittings:

3x screw nipple inserts, flat-sealing, R1½

4) Sensor connection
