Return Temperature Manifold DN50 45–65°C
For optimal feeding of buffer tanks in two zones from sources with fluctuating temperatures, such as solar or fresh water modules.
Thermostatic return temperature distribution valve with adjustable distribution temperature 45–65°C.
Consisting of:
1) Three-way distribution valve, red brass, EPDM seal
DN50, DpN 250 mbar, V'maxN 8 m³/h, Kvs 16
PN 10 bar, Tmax 120°C
Directs the return flow from inlet I to the straight outlet II (marked blue) when the temperature is below the set point, and to the angled outlet III (marked red) when the temperature is above the set point.
2) Connection fittings:
3x threaded nipple inserts, flat-sealing, R2
3) Tension thermostatic head with rod sensor, setpoint range 45°C to 65°C, capillary tube length 2 m
capillary tube seal: compression fitting R½, sensor length/diameter 170 mm/10 mm
response time approx. 5 s, PN 10 bar, Tmax 90°C
4) Immersion sleeve G 1/2 PN 40 copper, immersion length 185 mm
5) Sensor connection
Black T-piece for sensor Rp2x2x½
