Return Temperature Manifold DN25 20–70°C

For optimal feeding of buffer tanks in two zones from sources with fluctuating temperatures, such as solar or fresh water modules.

Thermostatic return temperature distribution valve with adjustable distribution temperature 20–70°C.

Consists of:

1) Three-way distribution valve, red brass, EPDM seal<br/>DN25, DpN 250 mbar, V'maxN 2.3 m³/h, Kvs 4.6<br/>G1¼ flat-seal, Z-dimensions: L 84 mm × W 42 mm, PN 10 bar, Tmax 120°C (Part No. 996 063)<br/>Routes the return flow from inlet I to the straight outlet II (marked blue) when the temperature is below the set point, and to the angled outlet III (marked in red).<br/>2) Connection fittings:<br/>a) 2x threaded nipple inserts, flat-sealing, R1xDN25 (for G1¼ union nut), Ms (Part No. 996 032)<br/>b) 1x union nut press fitting, flat-sealing, DN25, G1¼×Ø28, Rg (Part No. 996 042)<br/>3) Thermostat head with spiral immersion sensor, setpoint range 20°C to 70°C, capillary tube length 2 m<br/>capillary tube seal: R½ compression fitting, spiral immersion sensor length 125 mm<br/>response time approx. 5 s, PN 10 bar, Tmax 90°C (Part No. 996 005)<br/>CAUTION: The immersion sensor comes into contact with heating water—provide a shut-off valve on site!<br/>4) Sensor connection<br/>Black T-fitting for sensor Rp1x1x½ (Part No. 996 056)
