Return Temperature Manifold DN40 20–70°C
For optimal feeding of buffer tanks in two zones from sources with fluctuating temperatures, such as solar or fresh water modules.
Thermostatic return temperature distribution valve with adjustable distribution temperature 20–70°C.
Consisting of:
1) Three-way distribution valve, red brass, EPDM seal
DN40, DpN 250 mbar, V'maxN 4.25 m³/h, Kvs 8.5
PN 10 bar, Tmax 120°C
Directs the return flow from inlet AB to the angled outlet B (marked blue) when the temperature is below the set point, and to the straight outlet A (marked red) when the temperature is above the set point.
2) Connection fittings:
3x threaded nipple inserts, flat-sealing, R1½
3) Thermostat head with spiral immersion sensor, setpoint range 20°C to 70°C, capillary tube length 2 m
capillary tube seal: R½ compression fitting, spiral immersion sensor length 125 mm
response time approx. 5 s, PN 10 bar, Tmax 90°C (Part No. 996 005)
CAUTION: The immersion sensor comes into contact with heating water—provide a shut-off valve on site!
4) Sensor connection
Black T-fitting for sensor Rp1½x1½x½
