Return Temperature Manifold DN25 20–70°C

For optimal feeding of buffer tanks in two zones from sources with fluctuating temperatures, such as solar or fresh water modules.

Thermostatic return temperature distribution valve with adjustable distribution temperature 20–70°C.

Consists of:

1) Three-way distribution valve, red brass, EPDM seal

DN32, DpN 250 mbar, V'maxN 3.6 m³/h, Kvs 7.2

PN 10 bar, Tmax 120°C

Directs the return flow from inlet AB to the angled outlet B (marked in blue) when the temperature is below the set point, and to the straight outlet A (marked in red) when the temperature is above the set point.<br/>2) Connection fittings:

a) 2x threaded nipple insert, flat-sealing, R1¼xG1½(i) (for G1½ union nut), Ms (Part No. 996 033)

b) 1x union nut compression fitting, flat-sealing, DN32, G1½×Ø35, Rg (Part No. 996 043)<br/>3) Thermostat head with helical immersion sensor, setpoint range 20°C to 70°C, capillary tube length 2 m<br/>Capillary tube seal: compression fitting R½, coiled immersion sensor length 125 mm<br/>Response time approx. 5 s, PN 10 bar, Tmax 90°C (Part No. 996 005)<br/>CAUTION: The immersion sensor comes into contact with the heating water—provide a shut-off valve on site!<br/>4) Sensor connection<br/>Black T-fitting for sensor Rp1¼x1¼x½ (Part No. 996 057)
