Thermostatic flow temperature limiter with adjustable minimum temperature

For automatic hydraulic balancing of downstream condensing flue gas heat exchangers from boilers and CHP units, particularly in combination with our rMIX 250 3×3 C loading station.

Consisting of:

1) Actively opening valve body with fixed minimum flow rate DN50

Kvs = 20

V'max [100 mbar] = 6.3 m³/h

Q'max = 150 kW [20 K]

Male thread, PN 8 bar, Tmax 200°C

2) Thermostat head with immersion sensor

Setpoint range 25°C to 70°C

Capillary tube length 2 m, capillary tube seal: R¾ compression fitting<br/>Sensor dimensions: 16 × 210 mm<br/>3) HSF immersion sleeve R¾ × 220 mm<br/>4) 2x screw nipple insert, flat seal, R2<br/>5) Black T-fitting, TsF 2x2x¾
