Thermostatic flow temperature limiter with adjustable minimum temperature

For automatic hydraulic balancing of downstream condensing flue gas heat exchangers from boilers and CHP units, particularly in combination with our rMIX 250 3×3 C loading station.

Consisting of:

1) Actively opening valve body with fixed minimum flow rate DN32

Kvs = 12.5

V'max [100 mbar] = 4.0 m³/h

Q'max = 92 kW [20 K]

Male thread, PN 8 bar, Tmax 200°C

2) Thermostat head with immersion sensor

Setpoint range 25°C to 70°C

Capillary tube length 2 m, capillary tube seal: compression fitting R¾<br/>Sensor dimensions: 16 × 210 mm<br/>3) Immersion sleeve HSF R¾ × 220 mm<br/>4) 2x screw nipple insert, flat-sealing, R1¼<br/>5) Black T-fitting, TsF 1¼x1¼x¾
