BAFA funding opportunity for heating system optimization through hydraulic balancing and the installation of flow control technology

Thermostatic return temperature limiter with adjustable maximum temperature and a fixed minimum flow rate of approximately 1%

For automatic hydraulic balancing of individual heat exchangers such as domestic hot water storage tanks, air heaters, swimming pool heat exchangers, and ventilation and air conditioning (VAC) systems.

Consisting of:

1) Actively closing valve body VUS DN20 with a fixed minimum flow rate of approx. 1%<br/>DN20, DpN 100 mbar, V'maxN 0.79 m³/h, Kvs 2.5, straight-through design, nickel-plated gunmetal<br/>Inlet socket Rp¾, outlet threaded connection, conical G1(i) × R¾<br/>PN 10 bar, Tmax 120°C, (Part No. 996 012)<br/>2) Thermostat head with coil-type immersion sensor TK-WTF<br/>Setpoint range 20°C to 70°C<br/>Capillary tube length 2 m, capillary tube seal: R½ compression fitting<br/>Spiral immersion sensor length 125 mm, response time approx. 5 s<br/>CAUTION: The immersion sensor comes into contact with the heating water—provide a shut-off valve on site!<br/>PN 10 bar, Tmax 90°C (Part No. 996 005)<br/>3) Black T-fitting, TsF ¾x¾x½ (Part No. 996 055)<br/>4) Black double nipple, nominal diameter ¾x¾ (replacement part no. 996 064)
