Flow temperature controller DN40 60-90°C

For constant control of the flow temperature with protection against condensation in calorific value boilers on buffer storage tanks (precise top loading) and prevention of cooling down of the buffer hot zone during pump run-down.

Thermostatic flow temperature control valve with adjustable mixing temperature 60-90°C.

Consisting of:

1) Three-way mixing valve, gunmetal, EPDM seal

DN40, DpN 100mbar, Kvs = 8.5, V'max[100mbar] = 2.7m³/h, Q'max = 63kW [20K] = 26l/min [10/45°C]

PN 10bar, Tmax 120°C

Mixes two inputs (marked red and blue) to the set temperature to the output (without marking).

2) Thermostatic head with immersion sensor (length 125mm Ø11mm) Setpoint range 60°C to 90°C

Capillary tube length 2m, reaction time approx. 60s, PN 10bar, Tmax 100°C (part no. 996 014)

3) Immersion sleeve with screw-in nipple R½×186mm, brass (part no. 996 015)
