For optimal feeding at buffer storage tanks in two zones of sources with fluctuating temperatures such as solar or fresh water modules.

Thermostatic return temperature distribution valve with adjustable distribution temperature 20-70°C.

Consisting of:

1) Three-way distribution valve, gunmetal, EPDM seal

DN25, DpN 250mbar, V'maxN 2.3m³/h, Kvs 4.6

G1¼ flat sealing, Z-dimensions: L 84mm × W 42mm, PN 10bar, Tmax 120°C (part no. 996 063)

Leads the return from input I below the set temperature to the straight output II (marked blue) and above the set temperature to the angled output III (marked red).

2) Connection fittings:

a) 2x screw nipple insert, flat sealing, R1xDN25 (for union nut G1¼), Ms (part no. 996 032)

b) 1x union nut compression fitting, flat sealing, DN25, G1¼×Ø28, Rg (part no. 996 042)

3) Thermostatic head with spiral immersion sensor Setpoint range 20°C to 70°C, capillary tube length 2m

Capillary tube sealing compression fitting R½, spiral immersion sensor length 125mm

Reaction time approx. 5s, PN 10bar, Tmax 90°C (part no. 996 005)

ATTENTION: Immersion sensor touches heating water - provide shut-off on site!
