Hans-Georg Baunach
Management
Baunach specialist partner David Kaiser, managing director of Kaiser Nachhaltig heizen GmbH in Gerstetten, Baden-Württemberg, first encountered the MIX for the first time in 2018. This was followed by various systems in subsequent years up to the present day. In 2021, the Netto Markt (brand discount) system in Hermaringen was implemented, which we would like to present to you in this article.
David Kaiser uses an rMIX DN25 3x4 R 5 in combination with a rMIX DN25 2x4 RH 35. He is also an advocate of thermostatic balancing and has therefore equipped all air heater heating circuits with a RTB DN20 T20-70 Abgleich-Set (flink). Mr Kaiser regulates his heat generator via a VTB DN32s T40-100 Brennwert-Set. Heat recovery is achieved via a VTB DN32s T25-70 Condenser-Set.
“How did you find out about the product?”
“I found out about HG Baunach GmbH & Co. KG some time ago through a training course at the Stuttgart trade association given by Mr Knapp. Even during the training course, I could see how efficiently and cost-effectively future projects could be realised.”
David Kaiser
“Have you already had a chance to experience the efficiency of the system?”
“We have been using mixers from HG Baunach GmbH & Co. KG since 2018. We have found that consumption has been reduced by between 30 and 50% on average. The savings in consumption are sustainable and therefore very important to us. This also benefits our customers, of course. ”
David Kaiser
“Why did you choose a Baunach product and what advantages do these products offer over a conventional three-way mixer?”
“The efficiency of your products is unbeatable. Not many specialist tradesmen dare to take the step of making their systems more efficient. Some lack the necessary foresight. Products from HG Baunach GmbH & Co. KG are unique on the market.”
David Kaiser
“Do you know other tradespeople or colleagues who use Baunach products?”
“I know two other people besides myself who use these mixers. There is definitely still some educational work to be done!”
David Kaiser
“Would you recommend that the Baunach system be included in vocational schools, master craftsman and technician training, and engineering education?”
“Yes, it should definitely be part of the training! Hydraulics should be taught much more extensively. Above all, the advantages of hydraulics should be explained in more detail at vocational schools. This is how we achieve the most sustainable results in heating technology."
