For unloading a buffer for a fresh water station with effective use of the middle buffer volume - buffer hotter faster at the top and colder longer at the bottom -.

Thermostatic flow temperature control valve with adjustable mixing temperature 20-70°C.

Consisting of:

1) Three-way mixing valve, gunmetal, EPDM seal

DN40, DpN 100mbar, Kvs = 8.5, V'max[100mbar] = 2.7m³/h, Q'max = 63kW [20K] = 26l/min [10/45°C]

PN 10bar, Tmax 120°C

Mixes two inputs (marked red and blue) to the set temperature to the output (without marking).

2) Thermostatic head with spiral immersion sensor, setpoint range 20°C to 70°C

Capillary tube length 2m, spiral immersion sensor length 125mm, reaction time approx. 5s, PN 10bar, Tmax 90°C (part no. 996 005)

ATTENTION: Immersion sensor touches heating water - provide shut-off on site!
