BAFA funding opportunity for heating system optimization through hydraulic balancing and the installation of flow control technology

Thermostatic return temperature limiter with adjustable maximum temperature and a fixed minimum flow rate of approx. 1%

For automatic hydraulic balancing of individual heat exchangers such as single-pipe heating loops, radiant ceiling panels, and swimming pool heat exchangers. Due to inertia, not suitable for air heaters and ventilation and air conditioning (VAC) systems.

1) Actively closing valve base VUS DN32 with a minimum fixed flow rate of approx. 1%<br/>DN32, DpN 100 mbar, V'maxN 2.1 m³/h, Kvs 6.7, straight-through design, nickel-plated red brass<br/>Inlet socket Rp1¼, outlet threaded connection, tapered G1½(i) × R1¼<br/>PN 10 bar, Tmax 120°C, (Part No. 996 010)<br/>2) Thermostat head with contact sensor TK-KF<br/>Setpoint range 0°C to 50°C<br/>PN 10 bar, Tmax 90°C (Part No. 996 028)<br/>3) Syringe with thermal paste (Part No. 000 598)
